and oni too?

by Chip » Dec 2nd, '08, 21:13

Is it just me or is Oni being a terrorist on the forum?

I feel bad pointing him to this forum. He asked a detailed question on Yixing on the Green Tea Forum.

But I am seeing post after post berating or abusing others. That and the whole state of Texas. :?

It is a bad omen when he is buddying up to Britt, well til Oni ripped into Hou de.

The posts in the gaiwan thread over here threw me a little.

Not quite a terrorist dropping bombs in threads, maybe more of an idiot defecating in threads.

I don't have the energy to deal with him. I know my posts will be ripped to shreds, so I don't bother. I know it's wrong, but there will be someone else to be his punching bag. I ignore him.

Honestly in general parts of the forum have felt less friendly lately.

And the Texas thing pissed me off.

I pmed him earlier today politely welcoming him to the forum but asking him to dial it down a bit. Personally I think he is being abbusive enough to warrant a mod intervention if he persists--I think its bad to let newcomers get attacked on their first post. If I were that person, I would probably assume the forum was like that and not come back.

He seems to be on a bit of a rampage it seems. Every time I turn around he is in someones face. I contacted Cinnabar Red to make sure there was no harm done. I will likely contact the mods to get their take and ask them to also keep an eye on him.

As some of you already know, I have received PMs regarding Oni. And President Bush contacted me directly regarding the Texas slurs. He offered SS assistance.

The fact that Britt and Oni get along speaks volumes.

Wow, i just went and had a look around at his posts, and I vote ban him if he doesn't straighten up and fly right, immediately. His behavior is not just being contrary, its seriously personal attacks. (ugh, grammar. LOL)

I'm afraid, if Oni can't moderate himself, he needs someone to do it for him :?

He replied to me this morning. He wasn't rude, just odd. And persisted in stereotyping Texans as cowboys. Whatever.

Stupid ignorance! I was born and reared in Tejas and when you look at space and I, we are probably one of the last to you would think we come from the lone star.

Even after Space PMed him about the cowboy business, he posted again about another Texan. The guy has an issue with cowboys and Texas.

Seriously, please let me know if you see a problem going forward with Oni. Thanks.
