Re: Petr Novák - Pots under influence of tea
I'm still grieving over my little lost pot from Petr... it met an untimely death on my kitchen counter, when it had only just begun to live.
It was struck down by a Kamikaze mug which lept from a cabinet shelf. <sigh>

It looks good, though perhaps not my "cup of tea", I had to sleep on it overnight before resisiting the temptation, I am sure someone will pounce on it.Petr Novák wrote:Herb_mas... wrote:

The teapot and tray look extremely interesting, I wonder how heavy the tray is!
Best of luck on progressing your new home, with winter about to arrive I hope you can get the heating sorted.
Re: Petr Novák - Pots under influence of tea
Do you mean this one? I do not have it here, but my guess is around 300-400g. The teapot is around 100ml so the tray is also quite small.kymidwife wrote:The teapot and tray look extremely interesting, I wonder how heavy the tray is!

I have played with my friend's camera- so few pictures I like. May be It is not so much about pots like about feeling. But you can see new orange shino and also shino shushi plate created by Mirka which I have borrowed for my tea arrangement

I love the composition with the darker pot and the shino plate. Beautiful ceramics, pretty flowers, subtle lighting. Nice work with a borrowed camera!
Re: Petr Novák - Pots under influence of tea
Thank you Chip, Debunix...The plate was made for one sushi restaurant and now it already works there but I hope Mirka will make also some for my tea sets. I think it fits.
Here is one of her tea boats...also sold:)

Hi TeaChaters,
I would like to say thank you to all who supported me us well us others potters from TeawareArtisans part of the TeaChat during the year 2010. And best wishes to all of you! Many calm tea experiences...
what's new in our studio? During December We finally moved to our new studio. We already had two firings in our new kiln there. The kiln is the same construction as the old one but it is bigger with few improvements and I am glad to say it works pretty well. Pots here are already from new kiln. I have also just started new blog, written in English...http://potsandtea.blogspot.com/

Just lovely. I like the new blog too. I look forward to the wares showing up on your "available" page. Are you still using the Picassa photo gallery for that?
