Wow. beautiful! Love the lower profile. Great set!
Re: Show Off Your Pots and Cups XIV
Very nice! I actually prefer the lower profile for both looks and functionality.Oni wrote:This is my new gaiwan set from Dragon teahouse, I have recieved it just recently, it is thin porcelain, the gaiwan is a little jewel.

That is lovely. I have gaiwan envy.

Re: Show Off Your Pots and Cups XIV
Today, while we were settling in for a nap, there was a knock at the door, and a postman delivered my express package....tried to get back to the nap, intending to open it later, but couldn't wait. Miss Emily supervised at every step:

The box passes muster, ok for the next step

Special!

You may proceed to the next step

pat, pat, pat.....feels ok, smells ok....

I approve this one too!

Re: Show Off Your Pots and Cups XIV
Emily was inspecting the blue cup, hoping for water, as she prefers water to tea. She put her paw in it to check for that, but sadly, there was none to be found.
These cups will not have the fortune to enjoy matcha anytime soon, however, because I have given up on it for now.
