Beautiful match of color and shape. Does it pour and brew as well as it looks?

Me too; I'm drawn to most things blue. In fact, I'm using it right now!!
I think I might take one to work... but I'm not sure the infuser I have at work will work well. Hm.

Very nice Laura! Love the cup that looks like silvery accents on the handle. Sans handle and I would have bought it. But then sans handle ...
well you would not see that beautiful work.

Nice cups Laura, that turquoise is very nice.
You inspired me, I finally tried to take some pics of my cup that I got from Bill. Apologies for the camera phone pics, but it does a better job that my ancient point-n-shoot digital. I'll have to borrow one of the kids' cameras and try again soon, they have the best cameras in the household!
The cup has a beautiful glossy black side, and the other side is more of a dark gray matte. There are some really nice golden-brown highlights around the lip and near the base of the matte side, my photos definitely do not do justice to the details of this cup. The tea is O-Cha Sae Midori shincha

My two newest acquisitions - very pleased with both.
Click on image for larger view.
The blue was through the Hagi SO #11. Even the box it came in is attractive!
And the Pink Shino through the TC TA SO #1.
