Another thrift store pick-up. Really need to stop 'adopting' just about every bit of teaware I find, but...

(there are five cups total)
And on the bottom...

Great find! Reminds me of some Korean sets I have seen ... but the handle also reminds me of Arita-Yaki.
As always, beautiful wares, everyone!!!

Here is a snapshot into my cupboards. This is what happens when you live with a potter.

Lidded jar that my girlfriend made. I'd like to use it for tea storage....but she sold it already.

Good afternoon, my friends
Here is my personal favourite teapot:
- Muo Yu Jade (green serpentine), translucent
- Hand carved in Taiwan by Lin, Guo Xiang, 2010
- ca 250 ml
Enhances and softens the taste of brewed tea (mainly puer and wuyishan teas). Not an 'honest' pot in this respect but an ideal 'favourite' for leisure tea drinking. Do any of you have their own experience with Teatoys in
serpentine Jade (Cups, Gaiwans teapots etc.) ?
best regards

Wow--gorgeous surface texture! Reminds me a lot of some of the lava fields we saw in Hawaii ...
