Very nice Psuedo! Welcome to TeaChat!

This sweet notch footed guinomi arrived from Japan on Friday. It is a guinomi (sake cup) but the size is perfect for a small teacup.

Needless to say I wont be buying anymore teaware anytime soon. Once everything arrives I'll take a family photo.

Crappy photo of my new teabowl. Yes, once again I couldn't resist picking up another chawan. Heh. Is there a 12-step for that? This bowl is by potter Annie Dyer from Sisters, OR. She does this amazing accent that looks like a burlwood inlay. Stunning. The picture doesn't do justice to the color either, a deep and rich, true red. I'll shoot this one again when I have some light to really bring out the tones. Absolutely beautiful. It has a very nice foot too. The whole bowl is substantial but still fairly lightweight.

Wow, nice bowl, Geek. I love the "burl wood" accent, really sets it off.

Very nice wares, Ms Kita!
