Xishi Family
Here is a family of Xishi. Includes 150ml dicaoqing, 150ml qingshuini, 120ml benshanlvni, 80ml zhuni, 50ml zhuni.
They were taking a bath so they are a little wet.

Re: Xishi Family
I love xishi pots (especially since I drink lots of rolled ball oolong). What type of tea do you use in the benshanlvni? (The "v" is pinyin for the "u" with umlats over it?)beachape wrote:Here is a family of Xishi. Includes 150ml dicaoqing, 150ml qingshuini, 120ml benshanlvni, 80ml zhuni, 50ml zhuni.
TokyoB
TokyoB:
Yup, v = u w/ the umlauts. I don't think it is technically pinyin, but it is used for typing pinyin (because who has umlauts on their keyboard?...maybe the germans?
).
Anyways, several of those pots are brand new. The 150 ml qingshuini is for yancha (opening seems big enough for yancha to me), the 150ml dicaoqing is for lightly oxidized oolong (TGY etc). The other three are TBD. Any suggestions?
I was thinking the 50ml zhuni could be another TGY pot. The 120ml benshanlvni could maybe be for the charcoal baked, and the 80ml zhuni could be...not sure maybe puer? Those are all of my yixing pots, so if you can think of a better way to dedicate them, I'm listening.
