Re: Official what Oolong are You Drinking Right Now?
Enjoying some straightforward SeaDyke TKY after a day of eating too many rich things....and as the leaves are almost done, I'll be moving on to puerh next, keeping it earthy and mellow after overindulging.

A drought in oolong drinking?
Tonight, enjoying some of Norbu's 2012 Alishan 'Red' oolong: a sweet, fruity, highly oxidized oolong but with distinctly Taiwan-high-mountain-tea spiciness right there. Terrific stuff. Mmmm.

You got 80s right but it is not a factory 1 pot.

Not at all, you should know he wouldn't have such stuff. They are some of the random unused teapots lying around the house which strictly speaking "not mine".kyarazen wrote:haha. just a wild guess anywaywert wrote: I am so sorry to disappoint you, but you have totally overestimated me.

well he has a nice spectrum of pots i suppose, those lying on the table near the entrance versus those on the shelves, versus those in the boxes beneath the display shelves, versus those in the display cabinets.wert wrote: Not at all, you should know he wouldn't have such stuff. Wert's post inspired me to have some yancha
Decided to open some Zhuang Yuan Hong (Scholar's Red). New to this particular yancha varietal, really woody!
