Re: NEW! Official JAPANESE GREEN Tea Vendor Guide
Hojo. Yes, only four Japanese greens. If someone would please second I could state my case for the nomination on the vendor forum, if it comes to be.
Re: NEW! Official JAPANESE GREEN Tea Vendor Guide
I will be happy to second your Hojo nomination.
And look forward to your reviews!

Of course, an established member can nominate Ryu Mei to the TeaVendor Guide ...tenuki wrote:bumping this question. I wonder too.davidv7 wrote:Anybody has experience with the Ryu Mei ebay store?
Re: NEW! Official JAPANESE GREEN Tea Vendor Guide
I've not ordered tea from them, but last night I found out about this site, Obubu teas. Looks like they have some nice tea, and lots of information about the owners/plantation/teas etc. Anyone try them out?

What about Maeda-en?
Did anybody mention them? Their shinchas, which I received in OTTI were great...

Re: NEW! Official JAPANESE GREEN Tea Vendor Guide
Greg mentioned a while back that he was trying to get some interesting Japanese teas. This looks very interesting to me, particularly as his senchas are pretty lightly steamed (flashing asa gang sign). But I can't even order them yet, so too early to nominate in this category.
Re: NEW! Official JAPANESE GREEN Tea Vendor Guide
Norbu certainly looks like an interesting candidate for a vendor guide. He's going to be selling aged bancha from 2007. Is that Japanese puerh?
