Started today with gyokuro suimei--more umami than I really prefer, started with sips, then slurps, and finally (heresy, but true) a couple of gulps--and moved on to my standard Sea Dyke brand dark roasted Ti Kuan Yin--a basic and toasty tea, sipped and gulped. Now having a small nightcap of mostly slurped light roast Tie Guan Yin from norbu.

I slurp my tea loud and proud.

I feel that when I slurp my tea I taste different flavors more strongly than when I don't and since thats why Im drinking it I loudly enjoy it. Its funny how many people look at me funny or like its rude or something to slurp but they already think Im weird for drinking tea so, might as well add slurping to the list :D
