Come on then folks. Spill the beans (or leaves). What teas have you tried in these pots, and how does the pot change/effect the tea? Anyone give oolongs a try yet? Not many actual reviews yet.

So far I've tried putting hot water in Shigaraki and pour it out. The water tasted thicker and sweeter.

There is a no entry sign for tea leaves on top of my kyusu

*Bought it in their shop (which is much more expensive compared to their online store)

Congrats :) Did they mentioned where it is shipped from? Last week they said there are no more stocks in Japan, so could be from Malaysia.

Indeed the extra price of 100 bucks is quite a lot, but at least I get to choose them and have less worry about the postage or trouble at custom. Nearly everything is much more expensive in the store compared to their online store. I guess they have to include their cost for the shop in the gardens, staffs, office in malaysia and shipment.
