That's a tough choice. I'd bring either Zencha's Ultimate gyokuro or Jing's semi-wild wudong dancong. Enjoyed Zencha's Ultimate sencha for breakfast and TeaHabitat's Ba Xian in mid-afternoon.

Given all of the other wonderful choices, I'd go with my current favorite oolong - Four Seasons, from a little shop near my parents' house.
