That is such a fine Zhao Zhuang clay, Chri42.

Here is my wife's coarser, less delicate Zhuni. The Shrinkage marks are more rugged.

Lid is smaller than body (overall)..that's because lid shrinks more than the body..so Zhuni makers often make lid bigger than body thereafter, then after firing, the sizes will fit. (as you know)
Can't judge the date of the pot..I think delicacy is not the mere factor of judging clay quality,
