Finally got to sit and enjoy the Georgian tea. I hate to throw another "It's kinda like a Ceylon" on the pile but I can't help it.

However, like Mary said it does have a sort of complexity to it. To me it sort of had a maltyness to it that had a bit of oak thrown in for good measure. It wasn't exactly a dark taste, but it wasn't light either. It was very much enjoyed and while I don't know if it will get thrown into regular rotation, I'll definitely keep it on my radar.

Also- I loved saying "Want to try some Georgian tea? The country...not the state."
