*facepalm* I need to change my answer, then!chamekke wrote:ROFL! MY GOD! If your cup is that big I would hate to see your teapot!
Don't always believe what you think!

appetite loss
I have also lost several pounds in the last few months of increased tea drinking. I believe that it is due to choosing a cup of tea over junk food.
No time to drink tea today...too busy planning a evacuation trip! However a cup of green tea could do wonders for my nerve right now. I'm off to start packing! I will be packing an ample supply of tea.
Gustav leave New Orleans alone!!!

Sometimes I think tea does suppress my appetite. Mostly when I am actually drinking it, perhaps the habit of drinking acts as a sub for eating. But I am one of those people who can eat w/out worrying about weight gain. Plus I train actively.
Today so far, Adagio Golden Monkey and finishing a spectacular session of Fukamushi Supreme. I need another tea soon before I head out for a while.
Nice photos everyone. Sencha in a girly cup, I have not tried that yet.
That HUGE mug reminds me of my first official teaware purchase, one of many early mistakes since I used it a month and it has since sat idle for almost 9 years. The thing weighs a ton!!!

Today is the first day of school related faculty meetings for me. I've switched from my usual sencha selection to some good STRONG black tea. It was in a cannister that I didn't label and I've been away from campus and my school tea stash for the summer so I actually don't know what kind it is!
I think it's organic yunnan black because the leaf is tippy like the stuff I have at home and has that nice high octane buzzzzzz that you get from yunnan. ZING!!!!
Tea, especially teas with lots of caffeine seem to suppress my appetite. Hmmmm....Although a some granola, fruit, and or chocolate synergies with tea nicely to create SUPER ENERGY!!!!
