So far it's pretty much been someone saying "hey, go to this link to get it on now" and one or more others deciding they have time to kill.

Last weekend I was busy, sick or asleep (or a combination of those 3). We should set it up for a specific day and window? like say a 3 hour window or something that people can hop on the forum and hang in chat. Make it a lot easier on everyone

The TeaTechnocrats have taken it to a whole new level with HeavyDoom and Padre at the helm. We can now watch them make tea in living color.
Not only have they found a way to hear and see better via Skype, they are close to a big breakthrough on Smell-O-Vision and have started work on Live-Taste. Soon we will be abandoning our corporeal bodies and migrating entirely into the interwebz where there will be peace and umami without end. I can feel the cha qi now.
