Well, my kettle is great and the rest is good for me as far as wares. I keep it to a minimum here at work and stick with just the basics. I try not to make it look like I am too comfortable here at work, except for Domokun memorabilia floating all around me
This morning, decaf pomegranate green tea. I'm soo sleepy...

My work teaware is functional, not great. I need to do something about that.
Sal, I love the "family" picture today, makes me want to buy teapots though. Heh.

In my work cup this morning Rishi Bao Zhong
I'm so disorientated after working Monday
and being off yesterday. It really feels like Monday - again.
Busy day ahead!

- Jasmine pearls started the day, with 2nd & 3rd steepings poured over ice and brought to work. (I carry a monster mug of ice to work every day).
- Now enjoying the last of the Irish Breakfast leaves kept at the office. Sure hope my Adagio order gets here soon.

Sal, your photo makes me want to buy teapots. Hm, the Japanese Green Tea Shop has
this lovely number, which feeds into my love of maple leaves/momiji. And my semester is almost over...
Now to make some hojicha to go with lunch.

My teaware at work isn't the best. Amusingly I have a rather large orange teapot since it was a gift from my boss and so i'm somewhat obligated to use it. It's nice except for the small strainer.

It's "pass the teabags" for me unfortunately. I have a travel mug I throw a tea bag into and pour in the hot water. I'm usually very glad to drink it though.

For most of my time at work, I have had access to hot water unsullied by coffee. You know what I mean? Not hot water that sits in the empty coffee pot, absorbing all the coffee flavor?
Today its TGY again. Leaf colors range from the green-black to the a olive drab. The dry leaves have a combined aroma of osmanthus and new leather.
The wet leaves and liquor smell/taste of osmanthus and stewed white beans. Like when you put the beans in a big pot of water with salt pork and boil them down to their soft, tasty goodness.
The body is like a light broth- like a thin vegetable soup consistency.
Overall, a superb tea.

I voted "OK" since I have a place to store my teas, plenty of hotwater and a microwave if I need hotter, a nice mug and infuser along with a ceramic teapot, and space on my desk for my catch bowl.
I was at conference this morning so I had a couple of nice cups of coffee.
This afternoon I'm working on my first cup of darjeeling.

The stuff I use to brew with is OK.
I mainly rely on my IngenuiTea and mug for work tea, and occasionally a ball strainer or a mesh bag. I just ordered a glass teapot and two gaiwans, so the teapot will stay at home, and I'll bring my small Henley teapot to the office where it will live forever more. One of the gaiwans will come to the office as well, so that I can finally start preparing proper Oolong tea.
In my cup now is some luke warm Apricot Honeybush. It's lovely and sweet!
I believe drinking tea makes me a better artist. But hey, I also believe I'm completely sane.

That is a lovely celadon set. Thanks so much for sharing. Obviously you have nothing to compensate for with stylish teaware like that! Firefox browsers (free to download) adjust for large images, so users don't even know if the image is over sized. It's the poor, deluded Internet Explorer users that suffer if the image is more than about 600 pixels across.

Time for a little reward maybe? That pot is indeed stunning and reasonably priced. Only 2 drawbacks: 1) at least for me 8.5 oz is a little too large and 2) you would have to buy two, including a second to send to Chip because of his love of all things momiji ... he's even got whole trees of the things!

You're kidding, right?
I have teabags, a sturdy mug, and access to a microwave. That's about it.
Although my neighbors are all barbarians,
And you, you are a thousand miles away,
There are always two cups on my table.

Since IE has 71.11% of the market right now compared to Firefox's 20.06%, it's nice to be aware of the sizing issue. Great time to spread the word for Firefox though! It has proven to me to work better for TeaChat with less down time, and as Sal mentions auto pic resizing and best of all built in spell check!!
In my cup at work this afternoon - Adagio Yunnan Noir.

Where did you get your set? I haven't seen them in the US before. They're fairly common in Taiwan, but some are really crappy. Every store seems to get theirs from a different source, so it's luck of the draw. I like this one because it's plain - most of the ones I saw have stickers on them that are very ugly.
I got my first set in a market in Beijing, since I could see it on the spot, I made sure it was ok. The same color as your box (but the fabric doesn't look as well), no towel. Then I got a second set from an online store, thinking it would be similar to the first set. And the second set looks totally cheap, with a small towel of very poor quality as well

So far I have been only using the small cups. But it will be nice to have an ok set available for traveling or even camping

I've seen some of the same style with colors or dragons too, but me too I like the plain white the best.
