Sencha Premier from Adagio currently. A very nice asamushicha.

I picked up several rices today and another barley. I plan on doing some pan firing in a new pan.

I am green I think. Fresh, lively, feel good tea!

I am enjoying a nightcap of Kukicha. I have been reading about the roasting of Japanese teas, sounds interesting. I need to give it a try.

I voted Roibus, sweet and good for Babies, too. As far as Personalitea goes, that seems fitting.

But, like so often in life, also in my favorite tea I'm looking for complementaries and I'd go with Hojicha Green Tea.

Looking at the poll results is interesting,
however I am just wondering "what type of tea" those that chose other would be?
I just at the moment can't think of any other type that is not in the list, please advise me on what I am missing! thanks.
