Mrs. Dark Side (aka treazure), thank you for your priceless post.

I'm sorry your son (and you) have to suffer through difficult medical procedures, but thank you for your sense of humor!

I was going to say - why didn't he bring that travel mug along with you???? I am "grrrr-ing" in sympathy.

You have the fortitude of a Saint. Let us know the date in December and we can all be sending happy thoughts or saying prayers for you and your son at the time.

I always enjoy your sense of humor in the face of trials and tribulations. :)
Also, I know a few days late, but sorry about your Teapot

I know this was a fantasy question, however, will this 'student' let us now about the project's final results???????

General ease of operation is most important. It does seem they all have the same kind of contemporary look, a new look would be nice. Asian!

I like that travel hot pot! Reviewers said it takes about a half hour to heat to boiling, but that is ok, since half way through his ablation I can go outside and plug it in so he can have tea as soon as he gets out of the OR.

His poor back is black and blue today and they still have not ok'd a script for something stronger. grrr. Tea is helping him, though, and I put a compress of wet, used black tea leaves on his back (away from the injection sites). Sounds odd, but it helps. We emptied the pot first, of course.

Love the kettle poll, now I realize we need more kettles so I can boil one up without having to trek to the kitchen - about 15 feet away. My Cuisinart RK17 kettle doesn't leave the house, so I still need the samovar for my desk, then a kettle next to the bed and one for his car and one for the husband person's company truck.

Oy, now he wants chocolate chip cookies. I wonder, is tea the reason for cookies or are cookies the reason for the tea?

I don't know, but chocolate chips or simply chocolate are the reason for cookies, IMHO. :D

I think tea is the reason for cookies, we may need a poll to figure it out!

Still wondering is our mystery student going to let us know what is up w/the teakettle design? Wasn't that the purpose of this poll? It seems that not too many TeaChatters are interested in this, however, it would be nice for us to get some feedback....right? :)

oops, sorry for the double post

Chip..I'm all for the Chocolate!
Yes, do a poll, but not as Hawt as todays' please :!: Whew, some of those posters need to take a serious break or find another significant other 8)

The student has not returned. to discuss the kettle poll or topic which is one reason I have left it open so long. :?

What???????????????? That's appears highly unusual to me, however it is not surprising. So this poll is basically really fantasy? When I came into the forum today I was surprised it was still open, I thought maybe the holiday traffic on
TeaChat was the reason.

Oh by the way, DARK chocolate is my fave too! I believe you already a few months ago did a chocolate poll, didn't you?

I will have to close the topic sometime today. I keep hoping "the student" will show up and participate. I guess she can't or she would have.

Yeah, I think I did a chocolate poll topic not too long ago. But you never know when another will show up. I like dark up to around 79%, above which it is toooo intense for me.

OH, for some reason, I would have thought you could handle the 94% stuff!
Sorry, it didn't work out w/the student. Lesson learned maybe?
