drank too much at Xmas party. Puerh worked for my T-day overeating, wonder how it will do with intoxication.

I am on day 2 of Haiwan "old nugget." It's still a nugget. LMAO! I guess I'll try it what could it hurt, eh?

Happy birthday, Sarah!

Lovely images as always, everyone.

I went with oolong, since I seem to have developed a thing for roasty Wuyi yancha and, lately, Anxi TGY.

Surprisingly little tea today, which shall soon be remedied.

I've fallen in love with Yunnan Gold. It seems to be the holy grail of black teas for me (thus far).

8) Definately the Japanese greens have stolen my heart! when I first started w/ teas it was a toss up between blacks, oolongs and greens. Well, this forum has lead me to experiment with the greens, notably the Japanese greens and they win hands down!!!!! I still like the others, but Greens reign supreme.
Thank you Chip for your guidance and input in leading me to try specific ones. I really do like YM from O-Cha and macha and...... on and on! Great Poll! I have learned sooo much from lots of you teachatters, thanks!
Have a great TeaDay Week, I'll check in on Friday 8)

It's really not fair to rate other types of tea against Pu-Erh, which encompasses many, many varieties of greens and blacks itself. Pu-Erh tops out over all of them once someone has had a quality sheng or shu.

Just had some awesome Macha that came with a starter macha kit, but I don't remember where my Mom got it, sorry, I will look at package when I get back...ya know they say the first thing to go is the mind...yikes, think I'm too young for that!
I got macha from at least 2 different vendors... don't know which I brought with me
