I have lots of pretty English-style cups that I enjoy. But my everyday cup is a 16-oz. footed clear glass mug, $2.99 at WalMart. That's a huge cup of tea for many TeaChatters, but making one of those is part of my morning ritual. And I have another cup just like it at the office.
And a pink Allerton willow-ware cup that's old and round and smooth [hmm, sounds like me
] is my favorite for when I need comforting.

In my cups today: White Darjeeling (my sister sent me a new tin, yea!), Valentine, and Darjeeling 22.

At work I use an off-white 12 oz mug (360 ml). My tea buddy there has the same mug (I gifted it to her) and they each hold half of the teapot that she brews for us. It feels good in the hand and holds enough tea to get thru a long meeting in a coolish room.
Like many others here, at home my cup choice depends on my tea selection...and which one feels right for the moment.
In my cup(s) today...this morning I brewed up some Adagio Yunnan Jig...mmmmm such a good, different, interesting flavor. This afternoon I had another steep from those leaves. Later, I brewed some Dragonwell to go with Chinese takeout. I made a bunch thinking I'd share, but hubby and son wanted soda (yuck!). I'm now working on the 2nd steep of those leaves. Such a nice light brew.
Live well,

All I have right now are some english style cups. They're Wedgwood English Cottage pattern, but I can't seem to find a picture of them at all on the internet, and don't have the want to break out the camera and take a good picture right now...
Planning on getting a couple Yunomi soon, and a gaiwan set with cups.
My teaday started with a large, strong brew of Adagio Ginger black, and ended with a smaller brew of Adagio Rooibos Jasmine. My first taste of the jasmine, and it was pretty good, I'll have to try it some more though.
Busy last teaweek for me. Tried at least 5 new kinds of tea, started a new teablog, recieved free samples from two vendors I haven't tried (and have yet to try the samples either), and I've just had tea on the brain.

Lately I've been pairing Japanese chataku and English bone-china sugarbowls (which happen to make rather nice teabowls).
Here's an example - although admittedly you can't tell from the photo that it's not a standard teacup with handle!:

The tea is a Single Bush Dan Cong which was prepared in a Chinese gaiwan prior to decanting
