+1 and great shot.
Geek, I just love Danbo and BIGDanbo. Your 'toys' always look like they are having so much fun with your tea! Happy times for them.

I think it's a great forum exactly like it is ... and "
like it is" includes the constant change and development that keeps it alive.
This was a kind sample from Aaron Fisher, alias Wu De.

The tea is aged Ali Shan from Taiwan, the cup from
Jing. I was surprised at the bright, almost-orange color of the liquor, especially in an aged oolong.

Enjoying a double steep of good bang-for-buck Darjeeling from SpecialTeas (140 House Blend FTGFOP Organic 2nd Flush). Fragrant with a classic sweet muscatel and light citrus finish. Non-astringent and clean finish.

The only other thing I could think of was a vendor list and review. Obviously there will always be more vendors than we know about, but often people seem to ask "Where do I order x type of tea?" so it might be good to have a place to send them. It could even be simple like an alphabetized list with the company name, their website, and the types of teas that they specialize in (Chinese, Taiwanese, Indian, Japanese, A bit of everything, etc). The main issue that I have with this is that I don't want to push Adagio's limits since they are nice enough to let us talk about the other vendors, but would actually having a list with many vendors on an Adagio sponsored site be a little much?
I have a signature blends box pass sitting in the hallway that needs to be opened. Pictures will follow hopefully after dinner when I can explore its contents.

Ah, that's great! I saw Danbo in your other matcha picture, and I wondered it that was the "robot" from Yotsuba-to. I guess they made an Amazon.com version of it? Very cute

Yep they are the Yotsuba-to, and Amazon did two versions, as you see. The regular and the mini. There is also a 7-11 box version, but I don't have it, and don't care for it much.

The request for a glossary has also been posted by Intuit on "Feedback," and there's a more extensive discussion there. Otherwise, I find the forum quite complete as it is.
I'm drinking Oaklands Estate Assam TGFOP. I've been drinking it all day and it's growing on me. But I can't explain how the taste is different from the Remberg Assam OP I usually drink. Maybe more full-bodied.

Thanks y'all but it's not my birthday. Just drinking Adagio's Birthday tea blend. Another month-ish before I get to take birthday greetings.

I drink it about every two weeks so not quite THAT often. But I'm a little low of my "morning" teas which have to be hubby-friendly so I have been feeling a bit repetitious lately.
