Noname green tea this morning to help clear my head.
I hope your day is all uphill from here...

I think you fit right in with the vast majority of us.
Den's Houryoku Shincha special edition. Very nice, slightly sweet and a hint of bitter in the background is giving it some snap.
YIPPEE! it feels so good not to be the only one! haha
Currently drinking third infusion of Sae Midori, Boom shaka locka!
and have been eying some from Den's as well...What will my food money be used for next month! heh Hope they don't run out. Have a teariffic day everyone!

That's what I had this morning. I tried brewing it Chip-style (heavy on the leaf). All I can say is that Chip is CRAZY. I had to dilute it just to make it drinkable!

I will stick to my sane brewing parameters for fukamushi, thank you very much.

Ok, I picked LeviTea (this morning when I got on here for a moment)...I'm all about finding the fun in everything...but SentimentaliTea, MentaliTea, and VitaliTea all work too! (Loved the word-play for the poll today!)
This morning I did a 2 parts Kenilworth, 1 part Assam...it was tasty, hot and strong!
My tea buddy at work made some Pomegranate/Raspberry Green tea bag...it was bad!!! It sat in my cup from about 9:30 till I left at 3:30...pppfffffttttt.
Tonight I'm sipping iced Vithanakande...cool and delish!!!
Now back to your regularly scheduled 'LeviTea',

Thanks Sal, for pointing out this beautiful tea magazine...I looked at it when he first joined in the artisans forum, it is awesome. The article in the current issue about avoiding tea snobbery is so interesting, and I LOVE the guided meditation. Much of what is in these two articles is "way bigger" than "just tea"!!!!
Enjoy,

I suppose if I had to come up with one it would be "ingenuiTEA"......which I think might also be another fellow teachatter screen name..........I am very creative with tea, always exploring new methods, especially with ice brewing japanese greens.

Then I should have said "insaniTea?" Of course Ed does not use a scale ...
Spring Sprout from Rishi much earlier which I enjoyed quite a bit ... earlier a blend of Kunpu from Den's and Kirameki from O-Cha, kinda like blending the best of the best and coming up with something even better ...

I guess fideli-tea. It's the one beverage I never tire of.
My god-I just realized it's been 27 years of tea drinking.

Though I have tried the roughly 2 teaspoons to 5 ounces of water for fuka, I definitely agree with you and prefer my one heaping teaspoon over the "strong enough to peel paint off the walls" version.
