I love it. I don't have it often because I don't want to get bored with it. I usually have a bagged version from Tazo, which is pretty good, and the loose one from Adagio, that is awesome. It's the only tea I put milk and sugar in - another reason I don't drink it a lot.
I've also tried the Spiced Green from Adagio, and it's pretty good. Reminds me a lot of the spices in Masala.
Today: My first go with Ali Shan - Very nice. It's crazy how much the leaves expand!

I like the occasional masala chai. For me it's usually a cold-weather drink.
Having said that... I think I'll try making some this weekend, chilling it, and serving it up as an Iced Masala Chai Latte. Never tried that!

Cooled it, threw it into the Vita-Mix (2 HP industrial blender) with crushed ice... added some orange zest just because I'm in a zesty mood... blended... and sipping a pleasant masala chai frozen frappa-latte. Still very peppery!

***This organic blend is earthy & spicy, with a fragrant aroma & smooth flavor to captivate the senses. Naturally sweetened in the Kentucky sunshine & infused with natural energy. Equally delicious when served piping hot or crisply chilled.***

Please be careful if you do find one without ginger listed. Many companies blend all their products with the same equipment so cross-contamination is a BIG issue with allergens. (I can't give my son ANY flavored/blended teas because he is allergic to a few things that are sometimes used in blends.) Just make sure to call the company to ask if they are making their ginger blends on the same equipment.entropyembrace wrote: I haven't seen any blends without ginger, where can I buy them?
