And the type is a yunomi. Or "kumi yunomi" (組湯呑).
The notes on the left side are just the general terms for product number and product name.

Thanks Drax..makes more sense than my OCR tries and considering the pieces.
thrift store pickup. looks like they have never been used..well the crazing has zero staining at least. I could not pass it up for the price and it even came in the wooden box.
