And I do think it tastes it's age. Not too new and crisp.
Does anyone know whether it's 何在彬 (Hé Zàibīn) or 何仕华 (Hé Shìhuá)?
Wrong 'he,' hehe! 和 -- this is the right 'he'

This tea is very interesting to me. It is from north of Dali (Xiaguan, where the xiaguan tea factory is) and the climate is a lot different, I think probably a little bit higher elevation as well as cooler than most of the pu'er area. I would love to hear more about this tea. It looks like Teacher He's tea factory has been around for a little while, but it may be now illegal in China to call this pu'er as of this year because it is outside of the legal terroir.

Awesome! Is that "one to taste, others to age" or "all to age"? :D

I placed an order for a pumidor about a week ago, so I should only have a few more weeks to wait before it's done. Any suggestions on good stuff to age?

Stock yourself on Menghai cakes. They have been proven for many years. 7542, 8582, 7532. . . . The list goes on and on.

This is what came in just the other day along with my new tea table from YSLLC. Most likely these will go into storage as I have a few cakes opened for drinking already :)

Thanks guys. I really like the pot to, but it sure does have some bad smells(non-clay) to it. I am boiling it now to see if it will take any of it away.
