The Mcdonalds cup in the background seems a little out of place there Hop.hop_goblin wrote:Ok.. thought I would throw out a pic of all my new goodies on my tea table

well i did it the other way around didn't i. i got the large tray..same one as hop_goblin, and now this mini one.Victoria wrote:Sweet tray and teaware! I got a mini tray for work and now ... now I want a full size - so don't say I didn't warn ya. I think I have those Jing glass cups too, got them in an exchange. I have a fairly nice looking office and after seeing my tea set up posted - a serious remodel is in the works!!
i wanted the mini one for times when i just fancied a quick gaiwan of oolong or the like, but haven't the time to get the big tray and accessories out.
i've not yet made the move to having it and a gaiwan at work yet. think my colleagues will probably mock me

One of the new pots from Nada, who is one of the teachatters here. Handmade 100 mL pot made of zini.

Smooth texture and natural sheen clay.
The pot was directly obtained from his acquantage who owns teapot shop in Kunming, China. Along with it, I also got his puerh.. delicious one (Hop Goblin has inspired me to try puerh through his fabulous blog).
I must admit that nada is the nicest and the most 'up to expectation' vendor I've ever encountered... everything is perfect...
Tea came with extra sample of aged tea and tea-pick to break the puerh cake.
Surely recommend him to everyone.

I have had that Yi Chang Hao once so far. It seems like a very classy, buttery puerh. I also like pu in smaller volume pots. 100 ml to 125 ml is my favorite size, though sometimes I go down to 70 ml (for really old stuff) or up to 150 ml.betta wrote: I use it to brew yiwu yichanghao 2007, therefore the tea stain appears pretty fast. Somehow I enjoy puerh more with smaller volume pot. What's your preferred pot size?
Love the pot. My favorite style.betta wrote:One of the new pots from Nada, who is one of the teachatters here. Handmade 100 mL pot made of zini.
