Re: D. Michael Coffee (shyrabbit) Ceramics in Pagosa Springs, CO
Some more nice offerings! Was afraid I may find something I like even better, but still very happy with my first choice. Looking forward to receiving it! Love that wood ash and copper coloring!

Lovely. I picked up two of them. The glazes in these two batches are outstanding.

Many thanks to those of you that participated in my latest offerings, the support is greatly appreciated. You should receive your pieces today or tomorrow, if Priority Mail doesn't let me down.
I thought I would post a few images of a New Chawan from the latest firing. It measures 2-7/8" h. x 5-5/8 w. and is glazed with shino, copper oxide and wood ash and fired in reduction to cone 10 (2345F).
Thanks for looking,
Michael

Lovely Chawan! I'm really liking that glaze. I had hoped to find my yunomi waiting for me when I got home, but looks like I have one more day to wait!

I love your style! I especially love ones with earthy tones. I WAS planning to buy one as a Christmas present to myself this paycheck, but alas, Christmas presents+paying for some of next semester's classes makes money tight :X

Hello,
Fired the small kiln last week and thought I would post a few images of pieces that I really like.
This Chawan is glazed with Chun Red and was fired in reduction to ∆10 (2345F), I really like this Red. It measures 2-7/8" h x 5" w. and its weight is 12.5 ounces. More images of this piece can be seen in my Etsy shop at:

I hope those that were hit by the big storm are digging out...Our weather here in the San Juan Mountains has been glorious.
Thanks for looking,
Michael
