Ditto--I really love the color variations in it. It's much more subtle and elegant (IMHO) than the Japanese nerikomi ware.debunix wrote:That 'nerikomi-ish' ware is terrific. Too bad my tea-shelves are stuffed full.

Not new. I've been doing it for 40 years. Not interested in tea antiques, but thanks.victoria3 wrote: Jeff Wishing you great success in your new endeavor. I'm sure you'll also come across some great tea antiques along the way![]()

I'll miss seeing how Seong-ils work evolves over the years, but I'll enjoy all the beautiful teaware I purchased through you. Enjoy the concentration on Buddhist and Hindu antiquities.

Yes, likewise--the pieces I've gotten from you are some of my favorite ones, and still frequently used. Thank you very much for all your hard work on this over the years--those of us who have few other avenues to acquire artisan Korean teaware definitely appreciate it!

Re: Tead Off, TEAWARE ONLINE
Preparing some of the TC special buy Fushoushan in my first Seong-il pot, which always makes me happy simply because it is so cheerful and energetic in appearance as to always bring a smile. It only takes a small quantity of this fine tea to sing out when brewed in it. Thank you for all the pleasure from these teawares, and the introduction to some wonderful potters.
