My Pixie kitty prefers hiding and sleeping to anything tea related, but my two year old boy Westie has to investigate every single thing that is going on in the house, which every so often has meant sniffing or sampling my tea. It also doesn't help that the dog food and water dishes are located in the space under the kitchen island where my tea stuff is, which means that tea time is often precariously shared with two fuzzy white dogs trying to get at their food while I make my tea. If I am sitting in the living room, enjoying my tea, more times than not, one of the dogs will be on my lap or sitting next to me. Both our dogs are trained enough to know "off," "sit," and "down" so it is rarely an issue if they want to investigate what I am drinking.
Cup is empty, as I am going to sleep soon. Finished off some awesome iced Mugicha earlier though.
Re: Tuesday TeaDay 8/18/09 TeaTime pet invasions?
The only thing crawling around my place is a very small human. Luckily, he can't reach the tea station, however, he is known to grab cups of tea with ninja-like speed and spill them all over.
