This is carrying a "bright attitude" too far. A little more grumbling and whining, please.

Hey Sal, it's called grin and bear it, it doesn't do any good to complain anyway. Miraculously, I have always been able to take whatever life throws at me, however, I can always take more Vicodine  !!!

You can't delete after someone posts after you.
You will need Mod Assistance. :)

Same thing goes for editing - you can do it all you want until someone posts
after you. Then there will be an "Edit" time stamp.

But hey, Looks like you got the Quote thing figured out!
Yay!

What a darn kawinkydink. I can home from a long day at school, grabed my yixing brewed up some Pouchong and came to sit on TeaChat for a little bit and read the Tea topic. This is just strange becuase I only have oolong like once a month so I just thought it was strange that out of all days. . . .

Ok, looking though my teas to find an AliShan - and guess what???
In honor of AliShan day here at TD, I opened a package I have been saving -
A January hand picked 2008 A-Li-Shan Winter Petals from Hou De

Lightly fermented - no roasting

Just beautiful.

I'm not saying that the price bracket should be increased, because I do understand budgetary constraints. Maybe we can see if these vendors will give us a special deal if their tea is selected.
This is not the easiest selection for the inaugural run of TCR, but is iis doable. Maybe one day we will get to a pricier one, but starting at least a little conservatively.

Getting some good nominations, keep them coming! The price should be in the range of the established criteria, but it can be a little +/-. But since we will be comparing and reviewing them as well, it is only fair to keep them in the same range.

Currently, Uji Gyokuro "Shou-Un" from O-Cha/Sarah. This is another very good < $30 gyokuro. I shortened the brew time a bit and the sharp edge I tasted yesterday is smoothed out nicely.
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!

I got a little "wrapped up" on my way to Mordor, perhaps your memory is a little off due to the blow to your head, or the Vicoden.

I'm BACK!!!

I went to Las Vegas for the weekend with a couple of friends. We had a great time. I lost my money. (Not much though, because I don't gamble, and when I do, it's just the penny slots, or the Vid-Poker at the bar so I can get a free drink. ;) )

Had a FABULOUS dinner at Joe's at Caesar's Palace, took pictures everywhere, lots and lots of pictures.

Somewhere in the whirlwind trip, I lost my migraine meds. I also had camera battery malfunctions and forgot to bring my charger, so I had to find a camera shop on the strip and pay through the nose for a universal charger. Bleh.

Forgot the confirmation for our Cirque du Soleil show, and had to make a bunch of panicked phonecalls to hubby so he could get into my email box and find the number. We had the same snafu with our Penn & Teller tix. Other girl did the same exact thing.

DID NOT TAKE TEA.   That means I had to survive on coffee, and soda fountain iced tea. By Saturday afternoon my hands were so trembly I lost two shutter speeds of hand-holding ability with my camera. :?

This morning, I am processing some photos, and drinking tea. So far, my morning matcha (phwew!) and some high mt oolong. Yummy. I have to say, this oolong is noticeably better when brewed in yixing. It looks so pretty in glass, but it has a tiny edge that I don't care for. Brewed in clay, it's fantastic.

Hope you get better Shelob! Don't get too hooked on the Vicodin!

I just tried one of the holiday samplers- this time ginger bread. It's very good with some milk and sugar. It actually reminds me of pirate's spice hehe
Tea tea tea... I like tea...

Welcome back Geek!!! You did not take tea????????? Oh my!!!

Yeah I agree, although I love my glass, but my Tokoname does a better job at brewing my quality oolongs. Maybe I do NEED another one for work.

Yikes...I would never

Geek, absolutely gorgeous shot, I love the cup - I want it, grrrr and the dragon, Fabulous composition, I missed your pics the last few days.

Smari, not to worry, I am just playing on my need for Vicoden honestly. I will be extremely cautious.

This is more than likely my last post for the eve as alas no more friends are expected  However, I will be reading all the posts and be back in the am when my friend brings me breakfast!

Have a FAB TeaDay Evening.

You're going to have to come up with a little more plausible alibi if you expect us to believe it!
How about something like: You fell off a ladder and now you can only pop in when a friend stops by to do your typing. Yeh, right!

Nice teaware ... believe me, that's my objective opinion.
