I go it from Rikyucha ( http://www.rikyucha.com ). It isn't easy to find a chabako set. You can find some on ebay from time to time.
You don't need to have the full set to have matcha though.
You only need a chawan (bol) a chasen (whisk) and a chashaku (teaspoon) which you should be able to buy from o-cha, hibiki-an or ebay.
