Cottage-style house with a wrap-around porch, huge farm-style kitchen with plenty of windows, couple of guest rooms, living room with lots of books and dark wood and a fireplace.
Self-sufficient and off the grid. Veggie garden, English-style flower garden, fruit & nut trees, barn and sheds and pasture space for raising goats and rabbits. And as long as I'm wishing, I want a pool. Yes, there must be a swimming pool. :)

Only one tea today: Darjeeling 22 blended with wild strawberry herbal.
"Top off the tea... it lubricates the grey matter."
(Jerry Ledbetter, "Good Neighbors")

We actually made a special trip to Florida Southern College a couple years ago to see the architecture. It's sort of a mecca for Prairie school enthusiasts.
Very cool! It has been years since I was there. I would like to revisit one day.

Matcha Yuuki-Cha Tenkei Tori was next up, very nice indeed. Then Gyokuro Yame from Zencha and discovered my new/30 year old Hagi gyokuro set has an earthy scent when heated up and will require some "treatments"! SweeTea had some good tea today as well. :D

Finally some genmaicha to finish the day.

Edit: kymidwife, I just read your post... I'll take what you're having
Well, I *will* be needing a lawn boy / pool boy / cabana boy / horse trainer / personal assistant. Send me your resume.
***This organic blend is earthy & spicy, with a fragrant aroma & smooth flavor to captivate the senses. Naturally sweetened in the Kentucky sunshine & infused with natural energy. Equally delicious when served piping hot or crisply chilled.***

I'd love a house offset from the water, so I could see the sunsets and be able to walk to the beach within minutes, just like how I grew up. Enough land to have room for 2 additional dogs, a garden to grow my own fruits and veggies, a pool doesn't have to be huge but I like the style of the ones that have the slabs of rocks and looks more natural. I'd like an area with a big weeping willow, a butterfly garden, butterlies are my 1st love( afer the DH of course), this would be where I sit and have my tea when it's nice outside.
As for the interior I'd like Carnelian's crew at my house when they are done with her library, but there must be an room to store my husband's blue glass collection. I'd also love the all inclusive kitchen and home theater. A craftroom big enough for all my hobbies with a dark room and an area to do photoshoots. The craftroom would need to have a sink and an area for tea storage, and a cozy place to sit and enjoy tea and be inspired all over again.
Hehe see what happens when my imagination has permission to run wild, it can't stop. Here's to hoping one day we all get at least a piece of what we wish for.
