This will be my first cake of Ripe Pu-erh.

I don't know but I've been told... not start sampling until it's 2 years old.

To give it time to lose some of the harshness of manufacture.
I guess that could be true of all 2009 Pu-erh.
Anyway mines going into storage for a few years, plus or minus a month or 2.

Their '08 Star of Bulang damn near poisoned me. It had a very strong taste of pesticide.
