Please stop breaking links posted in the chat.

Anonymous users are no longer permitted, so it can't be much of a spam deterrent these days. In fact, I have not seen a spammer in the chat in ages.

I would also greatly appreciate a larger cap on Private Message storage. I am constantly running into the limit.
