+1
Very "shibui" as they say in Japan (which means beautiful and elegant in an understated and sophisticated manner or something like that anyway!).

Re: NEW CHAPTER! Show Off Your Pots and Cups XV
I found several nice tea ware items in a thrift shop near me. I'm especially curious about the large bowl. From reading around here and other places I think it's a chawan, but not sure. It's about 4" diameter at the top and very thick at the bottom.

Entropy, the pot is beautiful! and the size is also great for gong fu! Petr definitely has his own style. And what about functionality? Is lid fit good? How does the tea taste?
Re: NEW CHAPTER! Show Off Your Pots and Cups XV
Lid fit is snug and the pour is fast and smooth...the tea tastes great...I dont think the pot alters the taste much it has a white glaze on the inside so the pot should be fairly neutral. It´s my first gongfu size pot and I really enjoyed taking the puerh through so many infusions yesterday...I completely lost count by the eveningSerg wrote:Entropy, the pot is beautiful! and the size is also great for gong fu!
