Thanks! I guess it's time to buy some puerh.....bagua7 wrote:Congrats on your new pot It's an excellent pourer and excellent shape for shou puerh. I wouldn't use that size for dao hong pao but for every day drinking puerh that you leave inside the pot it's far from being a gigantic size; it will also allow the tightly compressed leaves to fully expand.armin wrote:The pot is here...
Enjoy!

They made a "collectors' edition" for... crazy people There are some additions of contents, but shouldn't be much, judged from its size.chrl42 wrote:Did he publish a new version? I didn't know he had 2000rmb one..nope I'm not thinking of buying it. Best thing is when one finds a similar level

Stating the obvious, but Gary Oldman is the man.
My green tea goes in a gaiwan, unless it's Japanese, then it goes in Tokoname or a glazed banko kyusu.

I think green tea in duanni pot is not a bad choice...if the tea is affordable-ly priced
Re: My first Yixing teapot
I like so much that pot that decided to purchase "her" brother, the "qing shui ni" one.armin wrote:bagua7 wrote:Thanks! I guess it's time to buy some puerh.....
Cool pairing for shou puerh on a daily basis.
The only inconvenience I see here is that takes an awful amount of time to season duan ni for green tea. I ended up giving up dedicating a small duan ni pot I got with me to green tea in a recent past for that very reason.chrl42 wrote:I think green tea in duanni pot is not a bad choice...if the tea is affordable-ly priced
