I don't snack anymore. I workout regularly and diet is a crucial part of my routine. This doesn't mean I don't work sweets in. My sweet weakness is for chocolate and cinamon rolls. I eat six meals a day and will sometimes (2 or 3 times a week) substitute a cinamon roll or chocolate instead of healthier carb and fat sources.
My real vice is good beer, particularly Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale for the last year. I find ways to work this into the diet as well.

Yes, she mentioned yesterday that that's where she got it. Quite a find.Salsero wrote:Is that from ebay? I esp like your wildly floral cup today.
Glad you liked the cup. It's one of my favorite of that type. I really like the ridging in it. Makes it seem even a little more elegant. I think in all I got about 6 cups from my grandmother. (I also received her wedding china and a set of china/cups that was from Czechoslovakia that was her parents' wedding china.) You'll see more of the pieces over time I'm sure.

You know how to tell a happy Bohemian?
By the poppy seeds in their teeth.
I look forward to seeing more pieces.

High quality dark chocolate is my primary snack vice. When snacking in general I try to choose healthfully but every now and then I'm a sucker for something sweet. Today (Wed.) it will be a donut. I was promised a donut!
I try to match my tea to the snack or disaster may result. For example: After snacking on a bit of pomegranate choc chip soy ice cream last week, I haphazardly made Nepal First Flush -- not a good mix!

I agree on pretty and on too expensive. You can buy a lot of cool Asian teaware for $96 ... or a lot of tea, for that matter.henley wrote:Speaking of tempted, check this one out. Japanese greens go really well with a nice small piece of pure dark chocolate. Combining with tea seems to reduce the need for a lot of chocolate...just a small piece or two.CynTEAa wrote:High quality dark chocolate is my primary snack vice.
