No, no. The creepiest part is the way his greenish flesh is sort of slopping over the top of his sneakers.

'Cause if you check, he's not wearing sleeves - his arms and hands are that colour, too. As well as the skin around his eyes (what we can see of it).

I'm not so sure. It looks to me like he just has an olive-ish complexion (those damn Mediterraneans can never be trusted), pants, and eye-holes in his suit. I do think his strangely sexual gaze is creepy though.

[I was about to call this off-topic based on the OP, but after considering it further, I think not.]

It's the sneakers for sure. They are borderline clown shoes...and we all know how sinister clowns are.
