caffeine fiend here. But it's not like it used to be. I'd drink 6-8 cups of strong coffee/day, given the opportunity. My hands trembled, which is not good when you are working on somebody's neck. :lol:

Switched to tea in January, and have to admit that until I discovered matcha, I really missed the effects of caffeine. Most tea doesn't even affect me, except for sleeping. I can't have tea in the evening or I'll be wakeful.

When I found that I got the desired caffeine effect from matcha, without the shaking hands, I was FULL OF WIN! 8)

Regarding caffeine, I drink coffee if I really need it. A double espresso or something like that. Tea is for the taste.
