I'm a newbie, I follow the teachat.com since a while and as I saw that topic I thought 'why not ?' and then I posted that pictures about my teaware, but the photos are from last year, a few things changed now...
And I also wanted to practice again my poor english...
At that time I had a few packages of Fuji The Ultimate Shincha from
www.zencha.net and the tiny green package contains Temomicha from
www.makinouen.co.jp
On the bottom you can see a Kaneta Masanao Yunomi.
Will post later what I use now as kyusu, a Sado Island red clay kyusu by Watanabe Tozo.

Wow, looking forward to hearing more from you, and remember a picture speaks a thousand words...
blah blah blah SENCHA blah blah blah!!!

fortunato,
Did you get that Sado pot from Hojo? How are you liking it and what are you brewing in it? I had a chance to taste from a Sado pot in Hojo's shop but the pot didn't make better tea than the yixing zhuni that we tested side by side. What do you think?

The French taste good????
Hmm... never tried one

“Take some more tea,” the March Hare said to Alice, very earnestly.
“I’ve had nothing yet,” Alice replied in an offended tone: “so I ca’n’t take more.”
“You mean you ca’n’t take less,” said the Hatter: “it’s very easy to take more than nothing.”

Yes, I get it from Hojo. I really love it, never had a kyusu like that so far... I only drink high grade sencha as Hon Yama Hebizuka with it... About zhuni I never compared because I never had a yixing teapot, I only drink japanese green tea...
I don't know if I have 'le bon goût d'1 français (ceci-dit c'est à voir

)' about my teaware choice, but I only can say that I love to use natural clay teapots and Hagi ware for my favorite japanese green tea...
I attached a few pictures with the Watanabe Tozo Kyusu, a Kaneta Masanao Yunomi (that I always use as the teapot), the tray by Naoko Shintani for Villa (Milano) and a Yamane Seigan Yuzamashi, Kensui and Futa Oki :

my new yunomi! I need to upload and futz with pics on my camera and I just don't have the gumption to do that this morning, so these pics are from the maker:
I was very drawn to it, probably because it reminds me of Jupiter

Fortunato... you have some neat "stuff". (I also love the aerial photograph of your collection!)
If you ever want to share some detailed photographs, I for one would very much enjoy seeing them
