Great post R!
Thx.
Helps me noodle, intuit, digest how I might eventually get a family shot without having a meltdown.
Hey - we've never gotten a shot from you of
your matcha in chawan!
D'ya wanna?
Luv to c.
Cheers mate.
(been wondering about the Fornell family next, hmmm)

Good morning, good day, good evening, whatever the case may be!
I attempted a Ronin Ceramurai family photo today. (I may attempt another, as I don't like how the kohiki chawan is barely in the shot, among other things - see 6 o'clock position - bottom center).
Cheers.
May we find some pleasure and some nourishment in our families - even if it is only us that can bring it.

I wanted to take another whack at a Fornell family shot.
Here it is.
BTW - matcha this morning was unmon-no-mukashi - yummi-kins! (a koicha made usucha style, heh heh.)

That is a beautiful shot, seeker. Between seeing all of these beautiful cups, and Chip suggesting an upcoming matcha OTTI, I'm feeling a strong temptation ...

More "family" shots/sharings today.
Here are three chawan that are 'only' children - no "blood" brothers/sisters.
The chawan were wrought by (clockwise from top-left in 1st photo Matt Brown, Pagasari, & Landry Deese.
Cheers.

Getting close to needing to order more matcha, I am on my last tin, and have about one bowl left. Tancho-no-Mukashi is what I was drinking.
So heres some nice summer matcha pics from outside.
