While at work today I got to enjoy a 2009 Winter Dan Cong 'Gu Tao Ren' that I got from Hou De awhile back. It has a nice medium-high roast to it with a slightly fruit/floral aftertaste that really lingers.

A sample from Stephane at TM, 2010 Fall Luanze Oolong (Shan Lin Shi). A very gentle and calming high mountain Taiwanese oolong that I will certainly pick up in my next order.

Had my first this morning. The 1990 aged oolong. It has a very roasted character, unique aroma and a flavor I can't quite decide how I feel about. I am enjoying the exploration however!

Will do. I'm on the 4th infusion of the aged, and the primary character I get is a smokey, roasted flavor and little else. I am glad I tried it, but no, i won't be ordering it again. Dong Ding Ming, here I come! :)

EDIT: Wow, you were right Zen. That dong ding ming is a special tea. The aroma from the bag to the pot to the cup is just wonderfully rich. The flavor impressive as well. Very sweet with a full mouth feel. I get a lingering aftertaste at the back of my cheeks for quite some time. I'll be getting more of this!

Formosa WuYi from FLT. This one is settling nicely and although I got a large amount this year to use as an everyday grandpa style drinker I've been enjoying it in a yixing today. My typical baozhong pots (I have three just for baozhong, so shoot me) are getting exposed to something new this month. They were looking lonely and they likey it.

My gun is secured in it's holster 3 seems a good number to me :D
unless of course you need some bigger ones for when friends call round maybe 5 or 6 would be better, and a really big one for when the whole family descends, and then what about comparitive tastings  maybe 10

OK I am removing the flap on my holster
