(DP sorry)
om nom nom
Shot this one today, the color is un-adjusted except to bump contrast a wee bit.
(In Chicago Potter TA SO #1 chawan)
p.s., this is on Canon "Standard" setting, not "Vivid." Holy guacamole.

Wow!
So wonderful to see everyone's postings!
Nice 'guac' GG, I'll pass on the corn chips in this case tho.
Pass the mochi please!
Nice shot.
What matcha are you enjoying?
Thanks D for sharing yours.
Cheers.
This morning we had a guest, so I made matcha for everyone (usually it's just me). Also I had picked up some beautiful mochi from Teance last night - inside the mochi was sweet adzuki bean, okonawan sweet potato, fig, and outside wrapped in cherry leaf blanched in salt water. Woh, serious yummies!

That's the premium matcha from Koyumatcha.com. I like it a lot. Although I have to admit I'm partial to Ippodo, this is a very nice alternative, and the color is unbelievable.

Exploring Korean Tea some more with some Korean Matcha! Wow talk about intense, not in a bad way but just a completely different way than you would expect a matcha to be.
Re: Today's MatchaWan :D (new name, but tea's the same)
Korean matcha?
Wow Adam, can you tell us more about that intensity?
What flavors, aromas?
How is it different?
