Welcome Silversun! I have not heard of Zhi Tea before are there teas good, I find it a little offputting that they want to tell us about the health benefits of Oolong.

Drinking some Rou Gui from Hou de, pretty good though perhaps I should have done it on a slightly cooler day.

Have you also got the fully handmade ShuiXian - how do you rate the difference, worth the extra money?

Have I been away from Nada's site a long time, or is there a recent different look and feel to the site?

Yeah I would probably avoid that sort of place too but they actually seemed to have a very good selection of oolongs and my prime interest right now is just sampling as much as I can (without paying enormous shipping fees). They seem to be the real deal so far.

So it seems. I have the half hand made Rou Gui. It is quite young (2010) I'll wait a bit for the roast to wear off a bit.

I don't know I still haven't gone there hehe!

Today I had an '08 dancong from MTR, to be honest I wasn't too impressed with the first infusion, but by the fourth I was really getting into it and noticing quite a few subtle flavors, sweetness- and a very slightly roasted flavor. It was nice but I don't think it's one of my favorite oolongs.
