Thats true, i have my share of Dayi stock as well, but just not that much. cheap hygrometers are to be had at walmart, $6. just make sure you calibrate it!

*I was told that this series was done by the senior tuocha sifu who is from Xiaguan Tea Factory. So even it is Menghai, but it has the Xiaguan signature...

Looks to be Dayi's ripe recipe, 7572, in a CNNP wrapper. 2004 vintage, first batch.
