Hmmm.... Like Oolong Box? Now, that's an ideatenuki wrote:* Looks through the teachat rule book to see if there is any rule against two boxes gong at once.... *

I went through the box today! Probably not the best day for me to do it since I am kinda distracted. But, it was fun. It doesn't seem like I took that much out, but I feel like I got enough. I took some mini-tous (they are cute!) and some flavored blacks and oolongs. I didn't take any Shincha. I just can't handle the level of care needed to brew it properly. Oh! I also took some of the Blood orange. That smells so good, and different from the Adagio version.
Auggy, I will be sending the box to you ASAP! I may even recruit the husband to do it for me tomorrow.

Teas for trade:
Ok, ok, I'm thinking about it. I'll get with Eastree and see what I can do.PolyhymnianMuse wrote:I second that! What an idea, I would be likehenley wrote:I'd play!RussianSoul wrote: Hmmm.... Like Oolong Box? Now, that's an idea!

The only light one I've tried is Adagio's TKY & I didn't care for it. It had a "green" taste to it. However, in hind sight I may have had my water too hot. Got any suggestions for others to try?ABx wrote:Hey Henley, I'm curious if you ever tried any of the lighter oolongs?
I've got some different oolong samples that I'm planning to order. I'm still learning but one thing I have figured out is that if tea gets too fussy, it takes the enjoyment out of it for me.
Eastree your idea has become a huge success and is spawing!!
Congratulations!!

If it's not too late, I'd like to be added to the list!
You can put my name before or after Cinnamon Kitty's!
Note: I am already on the oolong tea pass list. This post is a request to be added to the regular tea pass list, since I would like to try everyone's green teas.(Thanks, Sal, for pointing that out.)

Don't worry about the before part. I had only requested later in the list due to traveling home and then on vacation and not wanting to have a box of tea brave the weather on my front porch while I am gone. I am in one place now until August so it should be fine to just add you after.TimeforTea wrote:If it's not too late, I'd like to be added to the list! You can put my name before or after Cinnamon Kitty's!

Question, tea box passers:
I've added some yummy teas to the box but had a question about whether or not to add another one. I have a box of yerba mate tea bags that someone (who apparently hates me) gave me. I tried one bag of it and yeah, not a fan. I don't know if these teabags are good quality or not as I know zip about yerba so I don't know if they were icky to me because I don't like yerba or these are really bad teabags. Would anyone want to sample this? I can put the box in if anyone else would be interested but if no one cares, there's no need to take up valuable space.

Life is like a cup of tea, savor it slowly or it will be gone too fast
