Oh wow nice bowl everyone!

Seeker, I love tenkei tori from yuuki. It's my favorite mactha so far. I see yuuki changed their tin for tenkei tori? Tenkei hana used to be in that red tin.

Love your matcha pic Puti!
And you are right! I had it wrong - I've got the Tenkei Hana.
(I had received the Tori as a christmas gift, so i think it stuck in my brain).
Now that I've been able to compare them, I find the Hana
is by far the best organic matcha. Chocolatey notes in aroma and on palate, as well as a savory note that reminds me of something like roasting clove.
Would you like to share your tasting notes for the Tenkei Hana?
Cheers.

Nice Cory.
Thank you so much for sharing with us.

I get the impression of fish swimming in an earthen sea, or of many flags flying in a summer breeze.

Cheers.

New chawan (mass produced, has sort of enso stroke both outside and in, haven't been able to capture in photo yet as they are subtle).
Also, new chasen. I really like this one - I can really feel the give of the tines as I whisk the tea - imparts a feeling of being more connected to the tea.

Cheers. May we all feel more connected to something good today.
:)

That's a gorgeous photo. I really like the Chasen. I've been wanting to pick one up like that.
