Just got this classic Dayi 7542 (901) - 7+2 pieces



Year 2009 price is cheaper than 2010. I believed year 2011 is going to be more expensive.

If Dass had invested in the puerh early last year,i.e 2009, the price difference could be accounted for to some extent. Of course, the fact that Dass bought a box of 42 pieces and Chua bought a tong plus 2 pieces need to be taken into consideration.

Haha... You are right. These younger puerh, I intend to keep long term. I want to make sure I have enough and covers a good range of puerh when I retire in 20+ years time. By then I get to enjoy aged tea with a bunch of aged people (including myself ) at lower/no cost.

Meanwhile, after collecting few other young puerh that I want in my list... I may buy some aged puerh for current consumption. Not to mention there are still so many other kinds of tea I want to try next. I haven really move into Oolong yet...

Yes, I purchased mine before the tea arrived in Malaysia.So got the first price before it went up.Anyway I have shared the other 5 stack with my other tea friends and have 1 stack left now.

Started with dark roast oolongs, and shu puerh, and moved on to light oolong, sheng, and green tea, still drinking some of all of them.
