Wait, isn't pu consumption exactly the life of a squirrel?

I am actually a "tea drinker in the North", but here is my sequence of exploration: green & red -- Dong Ding -- Tie Guan Yin -- Yan Cha -- tiny little bit of sheng -- dan cong -- other Taiwan olong -- other Fujian oolong -- looking out for other new teas

I am not really sure where to fit puerh in. I drink it only about 10 days or less per month and don't understand it at all. I think the puerh industry is determined to confuse people about puerh

This thread needs more pic's

I stopped by a local tea house earlier tonight & picked up this beeng... A little spendy (not unreasonable), but I wanted to support their business since I don't have many options to buy and sample puerh from a brick & mortar store. Its a nice shop & I can see myself spending quite a bit of time there in the future.

New cups are a recent Etsy purchase... quickly becoming favorites.

At the rate your stockpile of puer is building up you may need more than another cabinet. :)

For sure here are some teachaters who will help you in storing your Pu Erh :)

I'd like to show you my first real Pu Erh order. Got it on Friday from YS. So I am happily tea tasting for the whole weekend :)
Just a mini-Beeng, mini-bricks and a lot of samples. Oh and in the package there is Bamboo Pu Erh - would really like to have it in the bamboo sticks.

Nice meeting you too.

I bought the 0712 & 8582 from Tea-Li. Are you aware, while we were talking, we have tasted 0712 & 8582. When you left, I thought we were only tasting 0712 so I asked to taste 8582. The guy said he has actually brewed both of it for us to taste :? Anyway, I just bought it cause both was ok. Wanted to keep it for aging.

7532, I bought from Longrun after I left Tea-Li. After a while, the same guy from Tea-li went into Longrun and sat in there for a while. There were talking about coconuts :)

I have not tried 0732 yet, will try it next time.

What an exciting delivery! Depending on how much pu you use per infusion, that's enough right there for many months of puerh happiness.

Got myself some puerh boxes and rearranged my cabinet. In the picture are my Unopened stocks. Opened stocks are kept separately in the living room and some in office.

Though my cabinet has got raw and ripe, but it is separated in the shelf and there is no smell in it. So raw and ripe shouldn’t influence each other.
